CRKT Summa Review

After checking out the CRKT Tution, I got a chance to check out the Summa by the same knife maker Gerry McGinnis. The knife instantly pop out at me for it's nice design and quality. So here is my review of the CRKT Summa by Gerry McGinnis.

The CRKT Summa is a full size knife with a 3.75" drop point blade of 8Cr14MoV stainless steel with a very high hollow grind. There are two versions of the knife and I chose the black titanium coated Veff™ serrated model.

The CRKT Summa has a nice black/blue handle that has to be seen in person to truly apprieciate. The knife opens easily with it's flipper one handed opening. The Summa knife performs very well as you can use it everyday for everyday tasks.

The CRKT Summa knife looks and feels like a custom knife but costs only $59.99. This makes it an affordable knife for everyone. The nice design and performance make it a standout knife that should be considered for purchase.

9.5 Out of 10
