Windows 8 Tablet to start at $300


Digitimes reports that Windows 8 Tablets will have a starting price of $300. This does not mean all Windows 8 Tablets will sell for this price as we will also see $1000 tablets. The $300 tablet will be similar to the Windows 7 Tablet ExoPC which recently has been for sale as low as $399.

Datawind to offer Android 4.0 update for the Aakash 2 tablet


The Aakash Android Tablet will be getting an update to ICS. The $35 tablet is being sold to the Indian government for use at schools.
