FTC requires full disclosure for blogger endorsements

Starting December 1st, the FTC will require all bloggers and celebrities to disclose if they receive products for free. And also whether they were paid to promote or post the endorsement of the product. Seems the enforcement of this will be very hard considering the sheer number of blogs. And also non American bloggers are still a question mark. Social networks will also be targets of this new rule.
