I just purchase an open box Grado SR60i headphones from ListenUP.com. Even though they are open box they look to be in very good condition. The SR60i open Box is only $58 compared to the $79 for brand new ones.

Sony PS3 Slim 120GB unboxing

It's taking me quite along time to decide which next generation console to get. I briefly had a Nintendo Wii but found the games lacking. So I opted for the PS3 Slim.



The PS3 Slim is smaller than the original PS3. It's comparable to the Xbox 360 in size. It would be cool if it came with a game but no go there. It does include all cables and one controller.



The PS3 Slim I have runs quiet. I have heard some complaints of Slim being noisy. But my new PS3 Slim even after 1 hour of gaming was dead quiet. After turning off the PS3 Slim the console was only slightly warm. Full review coming soon....

SmartQ 5 unboxing

The SmartQ 5 has been getting alot of press do to it being a portable media player and MID. You can compare it to the Cowon Q5 and iPod Touch except this one sells for under $150.

2G Apple iPod Touch unboxing and short review

If you purchased the new 2nd generation Apple iPod Touch then you should be receiving it soon. I was quite surprise to get an early morning visit from the Fedex guy considering the tracking stated that it would arrive tommorrow.

Firt impression... To go allow with the Go Green campaign Apple's new Touch comes in the plastic packaging that the Nanos come in. I prefer the first gen boxes myself. The improvements make the new Touch better but I consider this version 1.5 that 2.0. Mainly due to lack of great improvement over the original. The firmware 2.1 seems like a great improvement. Expect a full review in the future.

HP Mini-Note 2133 Unboxing

I had preordered the HP Mini-Note 5 days after it was being sold on HP's site. But they were backordered til May. So when I saw buy.com selling it I just had to buy it. Buy.com has a warehouse in Chicago so even with the 7-10 free shipping. I got it the next since I live in Michigan.

So today I receive it. This is the Suse Linux version and 1.2GHZ VIA C7M-ULV chip with 120gb hard drive.

Then the second cardboard box. This is the actual packaging of the Mini Note. Not very flashy.


The accessories box comes with documentation, ac adapter, battery.





Inside you will find the Mini Note with it's Aluminum body. If I could compare it, it's similar in design to the Powerbooks and MacBook Pro's.
