Equilibrium: An ever changing kinetic mobile for your wrist
Originally inspired by the artificial horizon instruments on aircraft, the watch's fine white lines provide a sense of perspective to an ever-shifting horizon. The hour and minute hands each feature a round red index which rotates across the black and white dial. The shift of time alters and aligns the dial's symmetry with each passing hour.
The Equilibrium watch with black electroplated case features a second hand and is available with either a soft black leather band or a black stainless steel mesh band. Unisex sized case measures 33mm (1 1/3 ").
Equilibrium is designed by Daniel Will-Harris, a pioneer
in computer graphics and the web.
Intro: Watches seem to be going the way of the Dodo bird of late with cell phones and other electronics being used to tell time. But nothing makes a statement like a good timepiece. And if you want to stand out in a crowd then there is no better place to visit than projects-us.com that sells an array of timepieces that are unique and emphasize design.
Design: The Equilibrium watch comes in a nice gift box. The watch is a unisex design that is just the right size for both men and women. The front of the watch is made of strong plastic with a stainless back. It also features a nice genuine leather band (also available in steel mesh).
Function: The Equilibrium watch has a unique way of telling time. There is three discs, the large one for hour (represented by the big red dot), the middle one for minutes (represented by the small red dot), and the small disc for seconds.
Conclusion: I'm not a big watch person but there something about the watches that Project-US sells. They have unique designs and feel like a work of art on your wrist. If you’re in the market for a nice watch that’s not the same old design then look no further than the “Equilibrium Watch”.
