Looks like Amazon has conceded on ebook pricing from Macmillan. Amazon removed all physical books and ebooks of Macmillan to make a point about their pricing structure. Well today Amazon concedes they will agree to Macmillan terms but don't like. And stated that Macmillan is overpricing their ebooks.
