Book publishers raise prices on eBooks
MacMillan was the first to increase eBook prices. But now HarperCollins and Hachette plan to follow with high price eBooks. This all started when Apple set prices of eBooks for their iPads. Rather than try to get cheaper prices Apple offered higher prices. The loser in this is consumers who simply won't buy eBooks that are priced the same as real books.
