The Amazon Kindle is new technology, one that you wouldn't think would appeal to older crowd. But the Kindle users are older. 50% are older than 50 while 27 percent are older than 60.
I can see where older people wouldn't like new technology but I think here older people read more in leisure. While younger people rather not spend so much on a reading device when they can buy a iPhone or cell phone instead to occassionally read.
