Here we have the iWatch Q838 MID which has a full keyboard, 5 inch touch screen, Intel Atom 510/515 processor clocked at 1.1GHz/1.2GHz. In addition it includes 512MB or 1GB of DDR RAM and an SSD in both 16GB and 32GB capacities.
