GearDiary reviews Rocketfish Twister Wireless Laser Notebook Mouse
Over at GearDiary they took a look at the Rocketfish Twister Wireless Laser Notebook Mouse. Here are they positives and negatives on the review
What I Like: Twists flat for travel and slips in its included pouch; the scroll panel is a neat feature; all buttons are configurable and choices are explained; price is comparable to other notebook mice - you aren’t paying a premium for the unique design
What Needs Improvement: This doesn’t necessarily need improvement, but I thought I should mention that the blocky shape may feel “weird” to anyone that is very used to a more contoured, dome shaped mouse

Engadget source tells all about Iphone
Over at Engadget a trusted inside source who has been testing the Iphone says it not all that great.
- The keyboard was simply described as "disappointing". Keyboarding with two thumbs often registers multiple key presses (two or three at a time) resulting in a lot of mistakes. The best way to type is with a single finger (as shown in most of Apple's demos), but two thumbs is supposedly very difficult. After trying it for a number of days our source gave up using their thumbs.
- The text auto-correction only works well for simple words, but doesn't work for proper names. We can only assume this bit will get better with time as Apple fills out its predictive text dictionary.
- "It won't replace a BlackBerry. It's not good for text input. It's just not a business product."
- The touchscreen was said to, in general, require somewhat hard presses to register input, and needs some getting used to.
- In addition to its dock, the iPhone comes packaged with a polishing cloth (the thing's supposedly a fingerprint magnet, no surprise) and the usual smallish power adapter.
- The Bluetooth headset will debut in the $120 range, and will come with its own dock for charging both the phone and the headset. The headset will feature a miniature magnetic charging interface á la MagSafe.
- The Bluetooth headset has a hidden LED and is supposedly a very small and elegant device. Sound quality is said to be "typical". There is no clip; like many headsets you're expected to just let it hang out of your ear, as previously shown.
- The browser "worked well" but page load speeds on EDGE were just as slow as expected. It sounds like 3G users will have a tough run with this.
- Users must scroll through the address book (or use the alphabet-drag on the side) -- one cannot bring up the keyboard and type in a name, as many of us are used to.
- Shocker: YouTube over EDGE didn't work well at all, and will basically necessitate use of WiFi.

Gottabemobile reviews AblePlanet's Clear Harmony Linx Audio Headphones
GottaBeMobile.com who usually focuses on UMPC's and Tablet PC were given the chance to review AblePlanet's Clear Harmony Linx Audio Headphones.
Here is their conclusion -
Conclusion
Little things like the in-line volume control and the fact that the headphones can operate with or without batteries begin to add-up to a great experience. With a comparable listening experience, a competitive price, and the advantages that I outlined above, if I were buying a pair of high quality noise-canceling headphones today, I would give AblePlanet's Clear Harmony headphones the first look.
SteriPen Adventurer
Product Description
New for 2007! At a mere 4 ounces, the SteriPEN Adventurer water purifier is ideal for backcountry hiking and camping trips. Utilizing the same technology used to purify water in municipal treatment facilities, hospitals and water-bottling plants, the Adventurer destroys viruses, bacteria and cysts, including Giardia and Cryptosporidium, by using high-energy Ultraviolet (UV) light. The Adventurer is easy to operate and purifies water quickly and efficiently without the need for chemicals or pumping. The Adventurer makes purifying water a cinch. Simply fill a 16 oz. or 32 oz. glass, plastic, ceramic or metal container with clear water, push the activation button once for 32 oz. or twice for 16 oz., dip it in the container and stir slightly to agitate the water. Ultraviolet light is invisible to the human eye, but a visible blue light indicates that the Adventurer is working and shuts off as soon as a full dose has been delivered. The Adventurer purifies 16 oz. of water in 48 seconds and 32 oz. in 90 seconds! The UV light breaks down the DNA of viruses, bacteria and cysts, rendering them harmless. Because the penetration of UV light can be limited by discoloration, solids and debris, it is important that clear, unfrozen water be used. The SteriPEN Water Bottle Pre-Filter (sold separately) can be employed to filter particulate-filled water before UV treatment takes place. The Adventurer is powered by two CR123 rechargeable batteries (included). The Adventurer's electronics are designed to activate only as long as there is enough battery power available to produce the required UV dosage, so there is no risk of an inadequate dose as batteries run low.

Crunchgear's quick look at the Microsoft Reclusa gaming keyboard
Crunchgear had chance to check out Microsoft's gaming keyboard the Reclusa. Here are their intial thoughts.
Just got the Microsoft/Razer Reclusa in to play with and I’m happy to report it looks pretty cool. It has backlit keys and a full set of programmable keys up and down the sides for macros and other functions. There are two dials, one for volume and one programmable one and the key size and response time isn’t killer but it feels much quicker than my Apple keyboard, so there’s that. It’s almost like they keys have a hair trigger, which I suppose is what you’re supposed to feel.

Chamelius X3 Black Polarized Sunglasses Review
Reviewed by K.C. Kim
Price: $19.95
http://stores.ebay.com/Chamelius-Sunglasses
CHAMELIUS sunglasses are world renowned for their quality, style and affordability. This is our latest X3 Black Polarized design. We improved on our X3 POLARIZED technology with increased visibility and comfort.
Intro: I have been looking for a pair of sunglasses that are inexpensive yet of the same quality as the $100-$200 sunglasses. I believe I found that in the Chamelius X3 Black Polarized Sunglasses.
Design: These sunglasses have similar look to say the Eye Jacket and Straight Jacket sunglasses of a certain company. They are a medium unisex design to fit most faces. The sunglasses provide UV 400 or 100% UVA, UVB and UVC protection.
Polarized: Another great feature is X3 POLARIZED technology. Basically polarized glasses reduce glare.
Conclusion: The Chamelius X3 Black Polarized Sunglasses are well worth the price. You won't have to pay the high price for the name brand. The X3 by Chamelius can be had for a mere $20 plus shipping. And the quality and the amount of accessories available make this a good option for anyone. This summer make sure to grab a pair of Chamelius X3 Polarized Sunglasses.

Future Sonics Atrio M5 gets reviewed by Gear Diary and ABI
Both AnythingButIpod and Gear Diary had a chance to check out Future Sonics latest earphones the Atrio M5.
The Future Sonics Atrio m5s are an impressive set of earphones. I found them to be some of the most comfortable I have ever tried, and the sound produced was distinctly impressive. Let’s face it, $200 is a lot to plunk down on a set of earphones. But if the sound coming out of your player is really important to you, then making this particular sacrifice will be easily justified.
GearDiary.com
Without a doubt, the Future Sonics Atrios are my favorite in-ear monitors at the moment. No other IEMs I know of do so much right and so little wrong. They're not the most "pedantic" phones out there, but they're the most musical ones for my tastes. Almost like good full-sized headphones, they make the sound really enjoyable, and they get my feet tapping - no matter what style of music I'm listening to. They are punchy and precise without being fatiguing, they are quite spacious and still isolate a lot. The Future Sonics Atrio M5 are not the cheapest in-ear monitors around, but they're far from being the most expensive ones you can find. They're worth every penny, and they give the double/triple/quadruple balanced armature IEMs a run for their money. Highly recommended for people who love to listen to the music instead of analyzing single sine waves.
